Water Filling Machine Spare Parts List

A box labeled ‘one-year spares’ is not a usable inventory plan. For a PET still-water rinse-fill-cap machine, connect each proposed item to the installed assembly, explain why it is stocked and identify who replenishes it.

Answer first

Start with the machine serial number and approved configuration, then request a revision-controlled parts list with assembly references, exact identifiers and written compatibility confirmation. Decide stock from failure consequence, operating conditions and replenishment exposure—not from a model name or a generic kit label.

Turn a generic spare kit into a traceable stock decision

  1. Identify the installed part before ordering

Record machine serial number, configuration revision and assembly location; add the exploded-drawing reference, item position, part identifier, revision and required quantity. Ask which rinser, filling-valve, closure, transfer or included auxiliary assemblies actually apply. Photos and dimensions support identification but do not prove interchangeability. Obtain written confirmation of material, contact suitability and approved substitutions; do not dismantle equipment just to collect evidence.

  2. Separate wear, critical and format decisions

Wear describes deterioration; criticality describes the consequence of a failure. A low-cost item may stop the machine, while an expensive item may have an acceptable replenishment route. Record expected production impact, detection method and restoration dependency for each candidate. Keep startup supplies and approved bottle/cap change parts separate from replacement stock; a format kit is not automatically a wear-spares kit. These groups are planning questions, not a confirmed supplied list.

  3. Justify quantity and replenishment instead of guessing

Give the supplier operating hours, intended formats, maintenance guidance, existing stock and verified consumption history when available. For each item, review quantity in service, failure consequence, approved replacement options, procurement and transport exposure, storage conditions and shelf-life information. Assign the stock decision and reorder review to a named owner. Mark missing data for confirmation; neither a universal one-year quantity nor an unverified delivery promise is a defensible basis.

  4. Reconcile the quoted list with delivered stock

Use one line per item: assembly/drawing position, identifier and revision, approved description/material, planning category, quantity ordered/received, compatibility evidence, storage location, supplier-confirmed replenishment basis and discrepancy owner. Check labels, documents and delivered quantities against the approved list; quarantine unidentified or conflicting items for review. Request written supersession approval for substitutes. Qualified personnel must follow the approved manual and site isolation procedure before replacement; this inventory guide is not a repair instruction.

Questions to settle before requesting a quote

Is a generic one-year spare kit enough?

Not by itself. Ask for an itemized list tied to the machine configuration, the reason for each quantity, exclusions and replenishment responsibility. A time label does not establish consumption or guarantee continuous production.

Can I order a seal or capper part from a photograph?

Use the photograph as supporting evidence, with serial number, assembly/drawing position and known identifiers. Obtain supplier confirmation of the exact revision, material and suitability before ordering; similar appearance is not approval.

Which parts must always be kept on site?

There is no verified universal list for every filler. Review failure consequences, replacement dependencies and actual replenishment exposure against the approved BOM and operating conditions. Final items and quantities require machine-specific confirmation.
