Projects that match this page decision
- Buyers with an approved technical specification and test samples
- Machine orders that need measurable release evidence
- Remote or on-site witnesses reviewing one controlled record
Acceptance execution / measurable factory test
The FAT procedure explains how the agreed machine requirement will be tested and recorded. It is different from a coverage checklist: it fixes prerequisites, sequence, measurement ownership, open points and retest conditions.
Approve the bottle and cap revisions, test conditions, run duration, output boundary, observation method and acceptance criteria before the FAT date. Record stops, rejected bottles and open points separately so a short peak rate cannot replace sustained evidence.
FAT execution / release evidence
The procedure must be approved before the run and must retain deviations instead of hiding them in a summary.
| FAT phase | Required record | Exit condition |
|---|---|---|
| Prerequisites | Specification revision, samples, utilities and instruments | All test inputs identified |
| Dry and safety checks | Guards, controls, alarms, stops and restart observations | Critical safety or control points closed |
| Wet setup | Water condition, settings and approved format | Stable test condition documented |
| Measured run | Start/stop basis, good output, stops and rejects | Agreed run completed or deviation opened |
| Quality observations | Transfer, fill, leakage, cap and container results | Criteria evaluated by the agreed method |
| Release review | Open points, owners, due dates and retest method | Release decision and signatures recorded |
Reference values require project-specific confirmation. Project acceptance limits remain in the approved order specification and FAT protocol.

Approved order specification and drawing revisions. Production-representative bottle, cap and water conditions. Written run sequence, measurement points and acceptance criteria. Witness, evidence, open-point and signature responsibilities.
FAT location, witness route and included test time. Sample and utility responsibility. Measurement, report and evidence format. Correction, retest and shipment-release conditions.
Complete prerequisite and sample-identity checks. Record each run, interruption, observation and evidence file. Assign every open point an owner, due date and retest or closure method.
