Scope decision / avoid missing interfaces
A machine-only price is not comparable with a machine-plus-interfaces or complete-line price. Start by listing what already exists and the exact boundary expected from the new supplier.
Buy the monoblock only when treated water, empty-bottle delivery, air conveyor, downstream conveyors, labeling and packing are already defined and compatible. Otherwise request the necessary interfaces or a complete-line study.

What the commercial offer should state
Existing equipment list and layout. Available treated-water system and tank. Bottle supply, air conveyor and downstream equipment. Scope preference, utilities and installation responsibility.
Named equipment and exclusions. Interface matrix and control responsibility. FAT, installation and commissioning boundaries. Freight, site work and performance-test scope.
Machine-only FAT proves the contracted machine boundary. Interface simulation should cover starvation, blockage and emergency stop. Complete-line tests require a separate integrated acceptance plan.
Related decision
Decide whether to buy only the rinsing-filling-capping monoblock, add interface equipment, or request a complete bottled-water line.
