Why 500 ml and 1.5 L Filling Capacity Are Not the Same

The XGF table is published on a 500 ml basis. Larger bottles change product volume per hour, bottle dynamics, fill time, transfer behavior and line balance, so their actual speed must be confirmed separately.

Do not multiply the 500 ml BPH into a larger-bottle promise. Ask for a format-specific output statement that identifies the bottle drawing, cap, product-water condition and test method.
